The Borrego Village Campus is a community-driven project, and there are meaningful ways to be part of it. Every bit helps!
Wellsprings Community Foundation is advancing the Borrego Springs Affordable Housing Development — a phased, mixed-income project on a 22-acre donated parcel in the civic core of Borrego Springs, California. The project will deliver primarily low-income retiree and workforce housing in one of the most isolated and underserved unincorporated communities in San Diego County. Phase 1 targets 30 or more deeply affordable rental units; the full build-out program reaches 60-plus mixed-income units. The project is co-located with a planned County fire station (5 acres already conveyed to San Diego County) and a planned community benefit organization.
