Our love of the area through two generations has moved us to commit to the development of a mixed-use affordable housing development in Borrego Springs, California, responding to a housing crisis affecting two overlapping populations: low-income retirees who need to age in place with stability and dignity, and the essential workforce whose housing instability threatens the community’s economic and social fabric.

Proposed Wellsprings Village Homes

The proposed Wellsprings Village Homes is a phased development on a 22-acre donated parcel in the civic core of Borrego Springs, co-locating affordable housing with a planned community benefit organization. Situated close to several local churches, the Borrego Library, the sheriff station, and the mall, this location will provide the ease of living for the elderly and local workers to enjoy and flourish in the community.
