The mission of the Wellsprings Community Foundation is to develop, construct, operate and maintain long term rental housing for low-income people aged 60 and over
in Borrego Springs and beyond.
Our housing will be safe, affordable, well constructed, energy efficient, environmentally sustainable, and architecturally compatible with the community.
